A two-day interschool Science workshop named “POLLEX-IX” was organized at the Shoshit Samadhan Kendra in Patna by the IAPT – APhO Cell (Bihar Chapter) and IAPT RC-19 in collaboration with the United Shoshit Samadhan Kendra on August 4-5, 2023. In this workshop, around four hundred highly meritorious students and teachers from prestigious schools and undergraduate colleges of Bihar and Patna region, ranging from grades nine to twelve and their teachers participated. The workshop focused on inspiring, motivating, and provoking thoughtful discussions on theoretical and practical aspects related to physics, mathematics, chemistry, and biology.

Seed Bombing Activity
A Seed Bombing Activity is collectively organised by three schools namely Shoshit Shamadhan Kendra, Patna, Aryabhatta Niketan School, Patna and The Mount School, Patna on 24th July 2023.
School children were trained to make seed bombs at school under the guidance of School Teachers and Ms. Devopriya, Coordinator, Tarumitra, Patna.
Foundation Day
Shoshit Samadhan Kendra observed its 17th Founders Day on July 16, 2023. The Managing Director of Paras Health, Shri Dharminder Nagar, was the Chief Guest and the function was attended by a large number of special invitees as well as parents and guardians of the students, many of them had come from distant villages. The quality of education imparting by SSK was reflected in a truly scintillating performance by the students on the Founders Day.

International Yoga Day
Shoshit Samadhan Kendra celebrated the ‘International Yoga Day’ on 21 June, 2023. Students of SSK demonstrated Surya Namaskar and various Asanas. Warm up exercises were taken and all students performed sitting and standing Asanas, importance of these were explained simultaneously by Mr. Nityanand Prasad, Yoga Instructor.
The celebration concluded with the speech by Dr. Himanshu Kr. Pandey, Principal, SSK. He encouraged students to practice regular Yoga to remain fit and improve concentration.
